Coincidence or not?
Cristiano Ronaldo was removed from the Manchester United squad ahead of tonight's game (Saturday) against Aston Villa and was replaced by 19-year-old Anthony Alanga, but apparently there are those who knew this already yesterday.
His teammate, Harry Maguire, chose to take the Portuguese out of his car in the "fantasy" game, in which players are selected and given a score according to what they did in the league's round of games.
United's position in the league is not alarming and as a result its star is also unhappy with how this season looks for the Red Devils.
Only in the middle of the week did Paul Scholes, a former legend of the Red Devils say that the team's condition was "toxic" and spared no criticism.
The question now is whether Maguire foresaw the future, took out his friend for no particular reason - or rather a huge behind-the-scenes move by the English club.
