Samuel Omititi was injured in Barcelona's morning training (Monday) and was diagnosed with a broken leg.
The brakeman, who only last week extended his contract at the club with a rather puzzling decision, as he hardly plays, will be out for a period of about three months, after being operated on by Dr Anthony Delmao, who is in charge of medical services in Barcelona.

There is no doubt that Omtiti's tenure in Barcelona has known ups and downs.
The brake, who arrived in Spain in the summer of 2016, has played little in recent seasons and this season is a partner in only one game.
