During the ceremony, the farewell of the year was also celebrated - from slingshot Doron Shaziri, who wanted to retire at the end of the games in Tokyo, after 30 years of competitive activity, during which he participated in 8 Paralympic Games and won 8 Paralympic medals.

Paralympic Committee Chairman Eli Birnbaum said: “I am very sorry that due to the situation we are forced to meet virtually and not face to face.
