“Arsène Wenger, Invincible”: behind the scenes of the documentary around the Wenger myth

Sunday evening, Canal + will broadcast a documentary around the legendary Arsenal coach. A project led by Christian Jeanpierre, his former colleague on TF1 but above all friend and confidant.

. These words, imbued with sincerity and honesty, come from Sir Alex Ferguson about Arsène Wenger, central subject of the next documentary “Invincible” broadcast on Canal + on Sunday evening. A vibrant tribute, among a plethora of others, which honors the career, the path and the personality of the 72-year-old technician during his historic time on the Arsenal bench between 1996 and 2018. With as a central theme this fabulous season in 2003-2004 where the Gunners achieved the feat of winning the title of champion of England … without knowing the slightest defeat.
