Atletico's bus windows shattered, Simeone raged Israel today

With the arrival of the team bus to Sociedad's stadium, hundreds of local fans closed in on him from all directions and according to Atletico officials: "created a particularly hostile atmosphere."

Things got out of hand as Sociedad fans began throwing objects at the bus where Atletico players and their coach were sitting.

Some used windshields were shattered as a result.

As he got off the bus at the stadium itself, Simeone seemed to be raging with anger.

Atletico explain that the unpleasant situation affected the players and their ability, although Simeone himself finally asked to calm down and said: "I believe in these players. The situation can be rectified."
