The last remaining German tennis star Alexander Zverev is fighting against Radu Albot for the round of 16 at the Australian Open.

Melbourne – Olympic tennis champion Alexander Zverev wants to make it into the round of 16 at the Australian Open 2022 on Friday (January 21, 2022).

The third in the world rankings is the clear favorite in the duel with the qualifier Radu Albot from Moldova.

The match does not start before 7.25 a.m. German time, the men are currently still waiting for the tennis women Pera/Linette and Zhang/Stosur.

Albot was previously number 39, but is currently only 124th in the world rankings.

Zverev is the only German player left in the field in the individual competitions.

He is one of the favorites and has set his sights on his first Grand Slam title.
