The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has chosen Cameroon striker Vincent Aboubacar as the best player and top scorer in the group stage of the Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
CAF also named Egypt goalkeeper Mohamed El-Shennawy as the best goalkeeper, while rising Guinea star Elixe Moreba was named the best young player in the group stage.
The group stage matches of the African Nations Cup concluded last Thursday and resulted in the qualification of 16 teams to the quarter-final stage, including host Cameroon, Morocco, Egypt and Tunisia.
