One of the highlights of the season in the dominoes came today (Saturday) at the Wingate pool, with two cup finals in which Hapoel Yokneam won the women's and Hapoel Pelram Zevulun the men's.
The first game brought together Yokneam against Hapoel Emek Hayarden in the fight for the title in the women's.
While for the Jordan Valley this is a historic performance in this class - Yokneam is much older and more experienced, and in the ninth consecutive performance in the class, it could be seen in the water.
Yokneam dominated and led throughout the game and at the end celebrated the seventh win in its history and its third in a row, after a light 6:20.
The outstanding player of the game, Dr. Mankerman, who scored five goals, said after the victory: "We train a lot and hard, trying to get as prepared as possible for each game and show our abilities together as a team. Such a victory gives us motivation to continue the season."
On being the top scorer on her team she added: "On the personal side I try to get mentally and physically ready for every game. I don't think I played the best on the team, but we played well as a team and I was able to score."

Later, Hapoel Palerm Zevulun played against ASA Tel Aviv in the battle for the men's cup, in a much closer match and in front of stands almost full of 400 spectators, who were equipped with drums and rattles and provided a great atmosphere in the pool.
In the end, Zebulon, who have their sixth consecutive appearance in the Cup final, had their hand on the top and collected their fourth trophy in a row with 8:12, with the outstanding finisher being Jean Indic with three goals.
