Inter - Venice 1: 2
Dor Peretz came in as a substitute in the Venice uniform and almost shared a big surprise at San Siro, only almost.
Thomas Henry put Venice up 0-1 in the 19th minute, but Niccolò Barla equalized in the 40th minute.
The Narazuri put pressure on for 50 long minutes and did not find the net, until Denzel Dompries' header found Edin Dzeko's head and he made it 1-2 in the 90th minute.
Inter had their seventh consecutive home win in the league and are with 29 points from 33 at San Siro this season.
Peretz came on as a substitute in the 65th minute in place of the new Frenchman Mikael Quizens, and his team was so close to a first away point against Inter since March 1962, but did not achieve it.

Lazio - Atlanta (Saturday, 9:45 p.m.)
The Blues from Rome have won just four of the last ten rounds and are already seven points away from fourth place, where Atlanta stands, which at the end of the season leads to the Champions League. Therefore, the home game now is for them like a game on six points - a victory will definitely leave them in the picture and reopen the fight, while a loss could shatter the hopes of Maurizio Sari and his players to return to the world's most prestigious stage. In the Lazio Cup she barely defeated Udinese from a goal by Chiro Immobilia deep into extra time and before that she had no difficulty, like almost all teams, in defeating Salernitana.
On the other hand, Atalanta started 2022 with two wins over Udinese and Venice and although stopped at 0-0 at home against Inter, it was definitely a good performance by the Blues from Bergamo.
Gian Piero Gasparini's team is ranked fourth, but like Lazio, Juventus are one point behind and Fiorentina and Roma have the same score as Lazio.
Lazio have lost just once this season at home while Atlanta have not lost at all in away games, with the exception of 3: 2 at Old Trafford against Manchester United in the Champions League.
In the last meeting between Atlanta and Lazio, they parted ways in a 2-2 draw in October.
