The English league has in recent years become the equivalent of the NBA basketball league when it comes to the level of professionalism, marketing activities and trying to make the experience for fans the best they can get.
While we as football fans in Israel sometimes complain quite a bit about bizarre events and think that such things can not happen in the best leagues in the world, today (Saturday) we got a case in the Premier League that is not seen every day.
During the game between Everton and Aston Villa, the shirt of one of the discoveries of the season and the player of the villa - Jacob Ramsey was torn.
Contrary to past cases, no matching shirt was found for him to replace and he was forced to wear a shirt with no name and number.
The event of course went viral for the fans in the kingdom and provided a moment that England would prefer to forget.

Jacob Ramsey's shirt is the most coveted in the Prem, just wish they'd wait until after the match to try a swap.
