Eran Zehavi recently rejected a particularly attractive offer to sign with a team from Dubai.
Zahavi, who returned to full activity at PSV Eindhoven after being absent due to an injury of more than two months, is a candidate to start in the squad against Ajax (Sunday, 15:30, Sport4) after being a partner on Tuesday as a substitute in PSV's victory over Telstar in the cup.
At the end of the season, Zehavi will end a two-year contract with the Dutch team, and the striker's agent Ronen Katsav said yesterday in an interview on Radio Jerusalem that Zahavi will not continue in the Netherlands for sure at the end of the contract.
Katsav even spoke about the offer from Dubai and said that the main reason why Zahavi decided to reject the offer, is related to the more significant professional challenge that Zahavi is currently looking for.
As for the possibility that Zahavi will return to play in Israel for Maccabi Tel Aviv, Katsav clarified that the striker does not rule out this possibility and that much of the professional future depends on the family's decision.

As published here during the past week, Maccabi Tel Aviv decided to submit an offer to Zahavi to return him to the club in the summer after 6 years.
The club will wait until after the games against PSV next month as part of the Conference League playoffs and only then will they enter the picture intensively.
