A letter from Kalfon stated: "People who were defined by you in various forms as officials in the club entered the field and physically violently attacked the head coach of the opposing team, an event that only miraculously did not end in serious injury. From the Israeli football brand.

"There is no need to say too much about the serious damages that were caused to the Football Leagues Administration as a result of this violent behavior that received wide resonance.

"This behavior undermines the principal's considerable efforts to locate owners, partners and sponsors from the business world and presents Israeli football in a violent, criminal and dangerous light."

Meanwhile, the police announced that they had arrested a resident of Ramla and a resident of Herzliya on suspicion of assaulting the football coach in Rishon LeZion, and the two will be brought in tomorrow for an extension of detention.
