Roni Levy's team recovered after two losses and narrowed the gap from the champion Maccabi Haifa to only two points • Miguel Vitor scored in the 63rd minute

Every point that Maccabi Petah Tikva would get against Hapoel Beer Sheva tonight (Sunday) was a big bonus for them.

Nir Klinger's team fought and tried their best to get at least one point, but in the end a small goal by Miguel Vitor, gave BS a significant 0: 1 and reduced the gap at the top to 2 points.

There was a great rhythm in Petah Tikva, which premiered Ido Shachar, and the loaned relationship of Maccabi Tel Aviv was the best among the Malabes and it was not far to surprise Omri Glazer.

BS was much more dangerous in both halves and in the end Vitor managed to push close and with a lot of determination, but the story, unfortunately, was again the judgment.

In the first half Erez Papir and the VAR team ignored a Deniz elbow in front of Briero inside the extension, which would have required Pendel to credit the visitors.

And towards the end of the game the referee went to check on VAR a failure in Ben Reichert's field, but because he chose not to award a clear penalty to the Reds' credit.

Luckily for Papir, these decisions did not go up to the PSC in a loss of points and Roni Levy's team won rightly. Nir Klinger will look for his first league victory against teams from the bottom.
