Senegal qualified for the African Nations Cup quarter-finals after defeating Cape Verde 2-0 in the match that brought them together today in the final price of the continental championship.

The two winning goals were scored by Sadio Mane and Ahmadu Bamba Deng in the 63rd and 90th minutes, plus 2, respectively.
