One of the biggest comebacks in NBA history: Washington has already suffered some painful losses this season, but this morning (Tuesday through Wednesday) it suffered one of the most painful losses in its history, when it was defeated 116: 115 by the Los Angeles Clippers, in a game that ended dramatically, and without Doubt is considered one of the craziest of the season.
Washington was already leading by 35 points and was on the safe path to a home win that would break a streak of three losses, but eventually succumbed to a huge comeback for the Clippers, with the last 9 seconds Luke Kenard scoring 7 points and leading his teammates to a win that is no less amazing.
This is the second biggest comeback in the NBA since the play-by-play count began (in 1996/97).

Washington completely collapsed in the second half, but what Luke Kenard did was unusual.
9 seconds to the end the Clippers were 115: 109 behind, and Kenard scored a huge three from 12 yards that narrowed the gap to just 3.
The ball went to the Wizards, who took a timeout, and all this failed to get a ball out of the net, and recorded a loss of a ball due to a 5-second offense.
The Clippers went out for one last and desperate attempt to equalize, and instead of Washington committing an offense and preventing the Clippers players from scoring a three, Luke Kenard managed to score a hard three and squeeze Bradley Bill a foul 1.9 seconds to go, completing the memorable turnaround of 4 points. Believe in the sensational upheaval.
Washington, which is still trying to fight for a place in the top ten in the East, dropped to a 25:23 balance.
Danny Abdia enjoys another positive game for him: the Israeli finished with 11 points in 21 minutes, again active on offense and finished with 4 of 8 from the field, 1 of 2 from three and 2 from 3 from the penalty spot, while also adding 3 rebounds and 2 assists.
This is the third time in the last four games that he has scored a double-digit number of points, and tonight Abdia was part of the great minutes of Washington, which gave a tremendous first half.

The Wizards started strong and led 2:17, finishing the first quarter with a 9-point lead, and in the second quarter Washington stopped the Clippers on just 13 points and 5 field goals to go down to the break with a 36:66 lead.
The gap, as mentioned, was already at its peak at 35 points, but the Clippers began to shrink and reduce the advantage, and eventually completed the turnaround with a second half in which they won 49:80.
The game ended in a 2:11 run for the Clippers, which left Washington with a 5: 3 balance in their eight straight home games.
In its embarrassing final quarter, Washington recorded 7 turnovers - 5 of them in the last 6 minutes.

Kenard finished with 25 points for the Clippers (25:24), Amir Kofi set a career-high 29 points.
Kyle Kozma scored 19 points and added 12 rebounds for the Wizards, Bill finished with 23 points and a frustrated face.
"It was a crazy man," Kenard said at the end, "I was sure they would commit an offense on me, but I managed to throw, they committed a late offense, and it came in."
