The 28-year-old left winger, 41 goals in this edition, was confirmed positive on Friday by the Swedish handball federation.
Also missing are right-winger Niclas Ekberg, center-half Felix Claar and right-back Lukas Sandell, all in solitary confinement.
On the other hand, Sweden has recorded the important return of its number 1 goalkeeper, the future Parisian Andreas Palicka.
