The last ski jumping dress rehearsal before the Olympics took place in Willingen.
DSV eagle Markus Eisenbichler violently attacked the jury on the ZDF microphone.
Willingen - What Karl Geiger's joy was, Markus Eisenbichler's sorrow was.
At the last ski jumping competition before the Olympic Games in Beijing, there were mixed feelings among the top German jumpers.
Geiger managed a good Olympic dress rehearsal on the Hessian hill, the man from Oberstdorf finished second.
His conclusion: "That was a cool competition!" Colleague Eisenbichler does not agree with this assessment at all - on the contrary.
The Upper Bavarian was really pissed off after the jumping, which he didn't hide from the television viewers.

Eisenbichler was still third after the first round, but a botched second jump dropped him to a disappointing eleventh place.
When asked by the ZDF reporter what happened during the second jump, the DSV eagle got really hot and raged towards the jury: "Yes, what happened?
Just look at it.
Something pisses me off.
Today I jumped really well again and then something like that.”
Eisenbichler suffered from the changeable conditions.
From his point of view, he should not have been allowed to jump in a strong updraft.
"It really pisses me off that you just can't wait.
I just do not understand.
It's a tight updraft, but no, you send people down.
You just don't stand a chance.
A shit there, I have to deal with that first.”
Olympics in Beijing: Geiger and Eisenbichler strive for a medal
He should get over it as soon as possible because things will soon get serious in Beijing.
On February 6th, it's all about medals on the normal hill, followed by the competition on the large hill on February 12th (on the Olympic schedule).
Both Geiger and Eisenbichler are top favorites for precious metal.
Other starters for "Team Germany" are Stephan Leyhe, Constantin Schmid and Pius Paschke.
Olympic champions Andreas Wellinger and Severin Freund are not taking part in the games.
