The Southern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Juvenile Magistrate's Court against a 16.5-year-old minor who, at the end of the game between Hapoel BS and Maccabi Netanya on Saturday, was caught throwing a stone at the visiting team bus.

The Southern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment today (Monday) in the Juvenile Magistrate's Court in the High Court of Justice against a 16.5-year-old minor who threw a stone at a Maccabi Netanya bus after a game at the Turner Stadium in the High Court, and smashed a window.

The indictment, filed through attorney Rachel Almkeys, after the game read: "After the game between BS and Netanya at Turner Stadium, where the defendant was present as a spectator, the defendant and others noticed a bus with players from the Maccabi Netanya team, leaving the parking lot next to the stadium. ", The defendant and others started running towards the bus and during the run, the defendant picked up a large stone and threw it at the bus. The stone that the defendant threw hit one of the bus windows, and shattered it."

The prosecution requested that the defendant be detained until the end of the legal proceedings against him.

The arrest warrant stated that the defendant's dangerousness intensified in the face of the circumstances of the acts, immediately after a football game, and in the face of the growing phenomenon of violence surrounding various sporting events across the country.

It is important to note that Hapoel B'Shlosha also takes the act very seriously. Owner Alona Barkat was updated during Saturday night and expressed her displeasure with the incident.
