About two and a half weeks after its 12-game winning streak was stopped by Southampton (1: 1), Manchester City began to produce a new streak with an easy win over Brentford and reached 60 points - 12 more than the second Liverpool to host Leicester City tomorrow.

Jack Grillish came on in the 66th minute, after the turbulent days following his documentation being expelled from a pub while intoxicated, and after three minutes he saw an embarrassing mistake by the visiting goalkeeper.
Sterling received a pass from Paz and was stopped by him, but de Brauna arrived and sent an accurate ball to the net.
The host's range continued, mostly with Cansello, but even Rodry tried his strength and saw the top barely his ball in the 80th minute and prevented a defeat.

The previous six times the Saints have hosted Tottenham it ended in a loss, but this time they changed their fate with a big turnaround in the closing minutes.
Jan Bannark's own goal gave the hosts an advantage in the 18th minute, the talented Albanian Armando Broya equalized five minutes later after embarrassing mistakes in the Tottenham defense and the equalizer was maintained until Jung Min-son kicked in in the 70th minute.
Rooster fans celebrated and thought their team was approaching West Ham fourth, but then James Ward Pruss cooked for Muhammad Alionosi (79) and Lecha Adams (82) who slammed into Hugo Loris' net and inflicted a first-house loss to Antonio Conte.
Steven Brahwin's equalizer was disqualified with the help of the VAR in the 93rd minute because of a difference.
