"Fans who purchased tickets for Gate 8 are asked to arrive early due to the strict inspection that is expected at the entrance to the stands, following the suspicion that the rival fans purchased tickets for the gate designated for Hapoel fans," the Reds management announced.
"Every person who enters the stadium will be required to arrive in red and present an identification card (physical, not a photo) and provide full details. If necessary, will also have to present proof that he is a Hapoel Tel Aviv fan," the announcement continued.
The Israel Police is preparing with increased forces to help prevent Maccabi fans from entering stand 8, and according to the Reds' management: "A fan of the opponent who is caught trying to infiltrate the goal of Hapoel fans, his card will be confiscated and his money will not be returned."
