Why did you establish young Yoram Moefana alongside Gaël Fickou in the center?
We have been following him since our arrival.
At the start, he was in front of us during the oppositions against the under 20s.
And, during the Autumn Cup in November 2020, we did not hesitate to start him because he was naturally imposing in training.
Despite his shyness, his potential was obvious.
He was supposed to go on tour with us in Australia but he got injured.
He performs with his club.
He pretty much lived with us.
Technically, physically and psychologically, without forgetting his talent, he is ready to meet all the requirements of this match.

What kind of match do you expect?
It's going to be a solid game.
Ireland arrives with a series of victories, the status of world No. 3 and European No. 1.
He is the best opponent at the moment.
Who comes with the ambition, like us, to snatch victory.
What does Sexton's plan change?
Ireland are a very structured team, with a very laid back game plan.
They will keep the same offensive animation, stay on the same background despite the absence of Sexton.
We will reach the top.
Ireland are a much admired opponent.
To face them places us in the obligation, the will, to raise our cursor at all levels

The Irish second line, Jack Ryan, announced the Irish desire to mark its territory at the Stade de France…
We hear it.
We take it into account with the team.
Our goal is to live the sublime, to enjoy the atmosphere.
After the All Blacks in November, will this match be the summit of adversity of this Tournament?
Clearly yes.
We will reach the top.
Ireland are a much admired opponent.
To face them places us in the obligation, the will, to raise our cursor at all levels.

Given the physical challenge that the Irish will offer, did you hesitate to start Woki in the second line?
I get the impression from your question that you think he's going to struggle against tough opponents… But Cameron Woki is a tough player.
He is preparing himself to be at the height of this intensity.
And he won't be alone.
If we add up the roughness of our eight forwards, we will have enough to oppose the Irish roughness…
The Irish concede few penalties.
They know how to play by the rules.
Us, it's more random

Didn't Bernard Le Roux have a more fighting profile?
If I'm Woki, I hear your comments and it's uplifting to be seen as a lightweight, non-combat player (smile).
It's up to him to see how he wants to be defined.
Cameron has aerial and running qualities, but he is a fighter too.
The best answer to this question of our ability to fight will be our performance on the ground...
Why did you place six forwards, including two second lines, on the bench?
We will have a fresh front five, stamping our hoof to bring its energy.
They will warm up together.
We are counting on them, our finishers, to win the last twenty minutes of the match.
We are going to let them go so that they bring us everything they have in them.
Ireland were very disciplined against Wales, France less against Italy…
The Irish conceded few penalties.
They know how to play by the rules.
We are more random.
During the match against Italy, in particular weather conditions, we realized that we had to be more vigilant in certain positions, on the line game.
There was a bit of nervousness too.
We need more control of the gesture, of the environment.
We are working on it.
