The German ski jumpers are currently in impressive form and want to impress at the 2022 Olympics as well.

The medal decisions in the overview.

Munich – With the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing, one of the biggest sporting highlights of 2022 is already around the corner.

From February 4th to 20th, the best athletes in China will fight for the coveted medals.

The ski jumping competitions have enjoyed great popularity for decades and this year the five decisions are of great importance.

As with many other sports, the venue is not directly in the Chinese capital, but around 195 km outside of Beijing, in the Snow Ruyi National Ski Jumping Centre.

Ski jumping at the 2022 Olympics: German athletes in excellent form

From the point of view of the German ski jumpers, the Winter Games in Pyeongchang were more than gratifying: With one gold and three silver medals, the DSV-Adler took second place behind Norway (two gold, one silver and two bronze medals), Andreas Wellinger crowned himself from the normal hill Olympic champion.

Even four years later, the chances of receiving some German medals are not bad.

Karl Geiger and Markus Eisenbichler have been in top form over the past few weeks and Katharina Althaus, silver medalist in 2018, is also counting on a lot as second in the World Cup.
