Yanqing - After the disappointing performance of the DSV biathletes on Friday morning, the German Olympic team had to give Norway the lead in the medal table.
But there are still some decisions to be made at the Olympic Winter Games, including the men's skeleton event.
The competition in the newly built ice rink in Yanging in north-west Beijing could see the next medals for Germany.

The German athletes already knew how to impress in the toboggan competitions, now the skeleton men should add the next precious metal.
To be more precise, the performances of Christopher Grotheer and Axel Jungk give hope for the next gold medal.
Before the two last and decisive runs, which take place from 1.20 p.m., the two athletes occupy the first two places in the ranking.
Before the third race, world champion Grotheer is 0.70 seconds ahead of his 29-year-old compatriot Jungk.
Both would probably only lose their promising positions in the event of gross blunders.
On the ARD microphone, Grotheer explained his two best times in the heats, which put him in a good starting position: “Everything was very tight in training, so I wanted to use the first run to shock the competition.
I did that very well."

His colleague Jungk started the first race with a fifth place and improved to second place in the second.
But the lead over third-placed Chinese Yan Wengang is just 0.05 seconds.
A third German is also there alongside Grotheer and Jungk: Alexander Gassner from BSC Winterberg is in ninth place.
He too could still end up in the top ten, which he previously said was his "primary goal".
"Now I want to build on that and tomorrow at the start I want to add a bit more," said the optimistic Gassner to ARD.
