Danny Abdia got up off the bench as usual and opened well.

Already during his first on the field he snatched a ball and led an explosive attack which was finished by Kyle Kozma.

The Israeli then scored a three and was part of the Wizards' run in the first quarter.

In both games since the trade deadline Abdia has scored in double digits.

Against Brooklyn he scored 13 points, and tonight he finished with 10 points (3 of 9 from the field, 1 of 5 from three, 3 of 4 from the line), 3 rebounds, two assists, a steal and a block in 28 minutes.

Washington introduced Ishman Smith, who has returned to the team trade and is already a partner in the rotation, while Christopher Forzingis, who arrived in the trade from Dallas, sat on the bench while still recovering from an injury.

The Wizards started well and closed out the first quarter with a 6:15 run that gave a 24:29 lead after 12 minutes of basketball.

The trend continued into the second quarter as Kozma led Washington to a record 37:50 lead, but Sacramento woke up and down to half the scoreboard showed 59:65 to the host.
