Fofana, again and again
Once again, Seko Fofana was impressive this Sunday, during the Lensoise victory over Bordeaux (3-2).
For 95 minutes, he kept running, giving the impression of being everywhere.
He filled the holes in defense and swallowed the spaces on the other side of the field, especially on the left wing.
His start to the game was on par with his teammates, who outrageously dominated the first half hour.
He was rewarded with a goal on an outside of the foot (26th).
In the second half, he gave air to Racing, which suffered more.
As a true captain, he trained his partners in the wake of his intensity and accuracy.
Yet in delicacy with his thigh, he finished on the hats with breakthroughs until the last moments (87th, 90th, 90 + 2).
The former Udinese would have delivered an assist if Da Costa had put more power in his shot.
A boss match.
Poussin avoided the worst
At 3-0 after 26 minutes, many have imagined a long way of the cross for Bordeaux.
And if the Girondins have avoided a new correction, it is partly thanks to their goalkeeper.
Five minutes after the third goal, he saved his team for the first time in front of Kalimuendo (31st).
For 95 minutes, he covered the depth offered by his defense with exits far from his surface (39th, 62nd).

He lost the ball in his own area and was lucky that Poussin saved him by deflecting the strike from Kalimuendo (31st).
In the recovery, he had a lot of trouble, with for example a pass for… no one when he has several meters of freedom (49th).
Even at the end of the match, he was not reassuring and failed to score against his camp on a cross (85th).
The excitement of Bordeaux
The people of Bordeaux are in dire need of confidence.
New red lantern of the championship after the victory of Saint-Etienne, the Girondins sweat the feverishness in the game. The first Lensois goal is the fruit of misunderstandings in their own area.
The second also came after a mess when reviving.
More broadly, the Girondins seem to be struggling to free themselves from the challenge.
