Williams and Reynolds were not included in the squad that selected Sapropoulos for the game, for Machap considerations.
The two have been showing poor ability recently, and the credit they received during this period from the coach has been declining accordingly.
Even James Nanali, who was returned to team action after already having a foot and a half out of the team, has rarely played recently.
Maccabi Tel Aviv were surprised by the publication of the video and were very angry about the players' behavior.
"It's disrespectful to the fans," they said.
"A few hours before, players came out with security and that's how they chose to act. Even if you meet, at least you will keep it modest."
The group is expected to take action against the three.
Nanley has already committed a disciplinary offense this season after a confrontation with Yiftach Ziv in training about a month and a half ago.
In an official response, Maccabi Tel Aviv said
: "We are checking the details of the incident and it will be handled disciplinary within the group."
