Summary of Manchester United's 0-2 win over Brighton (Sport1)
Manchester United are once again excited about Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese star finally found the net last night (Tuesday) in a 0-2 win over Brighton in a rematch, putting an end to one of the longest droughts of his career, with more than two months without a goal.
Six consecutive games have passed without Ronaldo scoring, but when he did so yesterday he made history, with a goal in 21 consecutive calendar years, starting in 2002.
"Get back on track! No one is giving up," Ronaldo wrote on social media after the victory.
"The only way to get back to business is to work hard individually and in groups. To work seriously. Everything else is just noise."

United coach Ralph Rangnick was also enthusiastic about Ronaldo's goal, describing him as "amazing" and claiming that "this is his best performance lately".
The start of the German coach and Portuguese star has not been easy, but now the two are hoping for a more fruitful collaboration.
"He was very energetic, and as always, constantly trying to help his teammates," Rangnick said of Ronaldo, who raised his tally to 15 goals.
"It was his best game in a few weeks."
