Hapoel Tel Aviv hopes to interrupt the streak of three consecutive losses and achieve a victory over champion Maccabi Haifa tomorrow (Monday, 20:30), so as not to get involved in the battle to secure a place in the top playoffs.
Only the Reds know very well that this is not a simple task at all.
"Things have been difficult for us in the last games and we have not played like two months before, and a mini snowball started that we are dying to get out of a new way," said striker Shlomi Azulai, who added, "Maccabi Haifa is a good team, but our goals are to be in the top playoffs. "We will come without fear, we will be brave, and we will try to win."
Azoulay added: "We were broken after the derby. It was very difficult to lift ourselves but this is football and if we get a good result against Maccabi Haifa, then we will strive to meet Maccabi Tel Aviv twice more. The derby is over and if we get ready for Sami Ofer I believe we will get a good result."
Coach Kobi Refuah added at a press conference: "Maccabi Haifa is an excellent team, this is the toughest game in the league. We have a difficult streak with Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Beer Sheva, we will have to take as many points as possible by the end of the league. We will do our best to be in the top playoffs."

On the expected departure to China of midfielder Farley Rosa, the coach said: "It's hard to refuse such an offer. We talked to him a lot this week and he will stay with us until the end of the regular season and I believe he will give the maximum."
