For a long time, the round of points in the Oberbayernliga ran normally, but chaos broke out in the final.

The Kranzberger Sweden shooters suffered the most.

Kranzberg

– Now the Sweden shooters, who were recently hit by Corona, no longer have relegation in their own hands.

After two defeats on the last day of the competition, Kranzberg will only remain in the league if champion Lengdorf wins the fight for promotion to the Bayernliga.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Before the most important competitions of the season, Corona struck down the Kranzbergers particularly mercilessly.

With Petra Horneber and Rita Mitsching, top shooters got the virus and referred to a statement by the Bavarian Sports Shooting Association that transfers are possible without any problems in such cases.

Only opponent Altmannstein refused before the relegation final - with the knowledge that the chances of victory would increase by leaps and bounds.

"Unfortunately, fair is different," said Petra Horneber later.

The Sweden shooters had to compete without their two best athletes and lost 2:3.

The result reads tight, but it was safe from a sporting point of view.

The Sweden shooters had no chance of getting a point in the first three positions.

Before that there was a 0:5 defeat against the third Tauberfeld.

And so the great shaking began.

The master has already saved the Kranzbergers from direct descent

The undefeated champion Lengdorf (28:0 points) saved the Kranzberger for the first time.

First's 3:2 against Kleinmehring meant that Kranzberg didn't have to be relegated immediately.

Due to the defeat, Kleinmehring remains penultimate with 8:20 points.

Altmannstein and Kranzberg are fifth and sixth with 10:18 points each.

In the last round, the two teams swapped places (through the direct duel) and Kranzberg has won two fewer meetings over the season.

The Sweden shooters are sitting in sixth place on an ejection seat, right in front of the two relegated teams.

The good news: Lengdorf definitely wants to get promoted

HSG Munich will be relegated from the Bayernliga to the Oberbayernliga.

So everything depends on the question of whether Lengdorf will win his promotion fight and shoot Bayernliga in the future.

In that case, Lengdorf and HSG Munich would swap places.

It's good for Kranzberger that the club from the district of Erding has a very strong team and definitely wants to get promoted.
