Manchester United were happy after the 1-1 draw that last night (Wednesday) the team from Atletico Madrid in the first game of the last 16 of the Champions League.
Ralph Rangnik's team started the game very badly and failed to endanger the opponent's goal, when on the other hand the host pressed the Red Devils at every point on the field, and it seemed as if the guest had no solutions.
However, the United coach put Anthony Alenga in the 75th minute of the game, and it rewarded him with an equalizer five minutes later.
Bruno Fernandez, who displayed uncharacteristic ability and looked frustrated throughout the game, found the 19-year-old Swedish striker in a great depth ball and swapped a wheel into Jan Obelek's corner for the precious equalizer, which was also the Red Devils' 500th ever in the Champions League.

The English media have praised the young Elanga, claiming that his entry into the game is what brought the draw to Manchester United.
"If there's anything I take from the game it's Alanga's constant desire to run forward," said former Manchester United commentator and player Owen Hargreaves.
"He created the goal himself by forcing Bruno Fernandez to hand it over to him. That's what it takes sometimes, someone to push forward."
As far as Fernandez is concerned, although the Portuguese midfielder suffered from a bad game, his cooking for Alenga was his sixth in a row for the Red Devils in the Champions League.
In doing so, Fernandez broke David Beckham's record for cooking in a senior European factory for an English club.
Manchester United man of the match Anthony Alenga said at the end: "I'm always calm. I think it was my first touch of the ball. All my life I dreamed of moments like this. Once I got the chance I wanted to give back to the coach for the trust he gave me. I want to be the player "The best I can be on the field. I appreciate Rangnick."
Another former Manchester United player Rio Ferdinand tweeted Anthony Alenga's player song at the end of the game, but also criticized the Red Devils' ability: "Manchester United would sign this result before the game, but they were very lucky. The ability "It has to be better, they have to play very intensely and it was not there against Atletico. On the other hand, they achieved 1: 1 and that is definitely a good result."
The numbers
* The goal scored by Anthony Alenga was Manchester United's 500 in the Champions League.
The only teams to have scored more throughout history are Real Madrid (1,001), Bayern Munich (760) and Barcelona (624).
* Bruno Fernandez is the first player in the history of the Champions League to cook six consecutive games in a factory for an English team, breaking the record of former Manchester United player David Beckham from 1998.
