The Mavericks lost a 21-point lead but came away with a win from the Staples Center, Luca Doncic excelled • Carl Anthony Towns' performance in Minnesota's win over Steph Kerry's Golden State

Aside from Washington's victory over Detroit in which Danny Abdia was injured, five more games were played tonight in the NBA League.

LA Lakers (34:27) - Dallas (25:37) 109: 104

Although they put in more effort than in the last few games, the Lakers were unable to beat Luka Doncic and his teammates, and suffered a sixth loss in the last seven games.

LeBron James scored 26 points and Carmelo Anthony added 20, and it looks like the City of Angels team, which returned from an All-Star deficit with 3 straight losses, could be left out of the play-offs.

Doncic excelled with 25 points, including 7 in the final quarter, and Jaylen Branson added 22 en route to an eighth win in the last 10 games.

Dallas did drop a 21-point lead but managed to keep the win thanks to an excellent last quarter by Doncic, when on the other side LeBron James did not score for 8 consecutive minutes.

Luka & Jalen Brunson combined for 47 PTS.

Jalen wreaked havoc on defense picking off 4 steals, while Luka was a maestro leading the @dallasmavs on a 15-4 run to secure the W!

DiAngelo Russell scored 22 points against the ex, Malik Beasley added 20 on 6 of 9 from outside the arc for Minnesota.

What made the difference in the game was Minnesota's control under the basket with 42:54 in points - when the Warriors could not find a solution to KAT's ability.
