Entered a respectable and prestigious list.
ESPN published today (Thursday) the list of the six most promising young coaches in Europe, and among them also included Maccabi Haifa coach Barak Bachar.
"Given his age, it's amazing that Becher has not yet been offered a job in a senior European league," wrote Tor-Christian Carlsen, who was the Greens' sporting director in the 2016/17 season.
"After leading Hapoel Beer Sheva to three consecutive championships between 2016-2018 and the home stages of the Europa League, he joined Maccabi Haifa in July 2020, the club with the greatest tradition in Israel. Bachar's influence was immediate, and he won the championship in his first season with the team."
It was also written about Bachar: "Under his guidance this season, Maccabi Haifa in forma won another league championship when it is six points clear at the top after 24 games."
Alongside Bachar, there are also Xavi (42, Barcelona), Vincenzo Italiano (42, Fiorentina), Simona Inzaghi (45, Inter), Bo Swanson (42, Mainz), and Andoni Areola (39, Rayo Vallecano).
