Decision of the IPC: No start of athletes from Russia and Belarus in Beijing

Because of the war in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus are not allowed to take part in the Winter Paralympics in Beijing, which begin on Friday.
The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) announced this on Thursday, revising its decision from the previous day.
