Transfer from DFB star to BVB threatens to burst – does FC Bayern now straddle in between?

Borussia Dortmund was already the designated target of national player Karim Adeyemi, but now the talks are said to falter.
Does FC Bayern possibly take advantage of this situation?
Salzburg – RB Salzburg and Karim Adeyemi are currently preparing for the round of 16 second leg of the Champions League* at FC Bayern Munich*.
Behind the scenes, the German international is being traded across Europe, with a transfer this summer quite likely.
Borussia Dortmund* in particular emerged in connection with the 20-year-old attacker as the top candidate for the change and seemed to have the best starting position for a long time*.
As a recent report now reveals, there are clear discrepancies between the two clubs involved.

Transfer fee probably too high
The talks between the club and the players are currently stalling, as the
Ruhr Nachrichten
recently reported.
Adeyemi apparently wants and is allowed to move to Dortmund despite his contract until 2024, but the professional himself cannot significantly influence the key factor of the transfer.
As so often, it is about the transfer fee, where the two clubs are still a bit apart.
According to a picture report, the Salzburg * demand 42.5 million euros for the three-time national player, the gap between the Dortmund offer and the demand should be

The difference is even described so clearly that the entire transfer is now in danger of failing.
Adeyemi himself made diplomatic statements about the next transfer period in the context of the upcoming duel against Bayern.
“As I have often said: my focus is in Salzburg.
Nothing is clear.
What happens in the summer, happens in the summer,” said the leader of the top scorer list in the Austrian Bundesliga*.
With 19 goals in 33 competitive games in all competitions, the native of Munich is again in impressive form this season.

According to media reports, FC Bayern* was also interested in him for this reason.
The fact that BVB may be eliminated as a transfer target for Adeyemi will also have been observed in Munich.

In view of his past, it is questionable whether a move to his hometown would be the right path for Adeyemi.
The Salzburg star played from 2009 to 2011 for the youth department of the record champions before he was sorted out due to alleged indiscipline*.
Adeyemi finally made the leap into professional football through the youth performance center of the much smaller suburban club Unterhaching when he switched from the Hachinger U19 to the Mozart city in the summer of 2018 for 3.35 million.

The youngster revealed his preference for the top German clubs back in 2019 when he told
Sport Bild
that FC Bayern was "not my club at the moment".
A change to BVB would be an option in view of the imminent change in the offensive of the black and yellow.
With Erling Haaland*, BVB still has a top-class attacker in the squad, but the Norwegian's departure in the summer is extremely likely.
As BVB boss Hans-Joachim Watzke announced, the decision about the future of the striker will be made in the coming weeks.
Haaland came from RB Salzburg at the beginning of 2020 for the bargain price of 20 million euros, with a possible Adeyemi deal the Austrians now obviously want to generate significantly more income.
