Arrival of the fifth:
8 - 14 - 12 - 7 - 3
The racecourse of Amiens (Somme) hosted the first stage of the Grand National du Trot 2022, a circuit made up of fourteen stages before the grand final on the racecourse of Paris-Vincennes scheduled for December 4.
This Group III pitted sixteen competitors, aged 7 to 10, on the course of 2900 meters with a drop of 25 m for eight trotters having reached 263,000 euros.
A test which saw the easy success of
Farah des Caux
(n°8), our last minute on 0892.683.675.
This 7-year-old mare took advantage of a tailor-made commitment at 360 euros from hindsight to erase her last two poor performances.
Led with great confidence by David Thomain, she dived inside the
Chenevière
(n°1) in the opposite line before breaking away at the exit of the final bend.
She was then not worried to win the most beautiful jewel of her career.
It offers a first Group victory to its trainer, Alexis Garandeau, logically delighted at the microphone of Equidia: “It's a dream for me today.
She is very endearing and immediately showed good things under my training.
It was coming from the claiming races and I picked it up at the right time.
We will continue in the GNT.

Starting at the second rung,
Django du Bocage
(n°14) causes a big surprise at the arrival of this quinté with odds of 67/1.
He joined host
De La Chenevière
halfway through.
He sprinted perfectly well and did not weaken to take a clear second place.
Finishing third
, Eire d'Hélios
(n°12) confirms his recent victory at Paris-Vincennes.
After having waited, she drew a good end of race and was courageous until the end.
Failing just for the second runner-up,
Calimero du Thiole
(n°7) made a comeback and was not expected at such a party.
Favorite of Iton
(n ° 3) completes the arrival of the quinté.
Halim Bouakkaz indicated the trifecta in order and Stéphan Flourent proposed it out of order.
Falco d'Havaroche
(n°6),
Flaya Kalouma
(n°9),
Emir de Rebomard
(n°11) and
