Is Neymar about to miss the event to which he has shown commitment throughout his career, and to miss his sister's birthday party in Brazil ?!
Rafaela Santos, the sister of the Brazilian star, is celebrating a birthday on March 11, and it will be interesting to see if this time Neymar will appear or not.

This week commentator and former actor Thierry Henry claimed he was wondering if Neymar was in a good mental state.
"Yeah, he's a little less good than before, but there are reasons for that," Henry said. "That he no longer goes through actors, does the ovaries and tricks ... he speaks, but do you listen to him? He cries for help. Things go through his mind. He is a human being, like the rest of us."
Now the question is whether the PSG management will give him the freedom and make a tribute to him, or will he require professionalism and abide by the rules like everyone else.
