Liverpool defender Joel Matip won the Player of the Month award for the month of February in the English Premier League.
And the English Premier League announced on its official website that Matip was crowned with the award after achieving four consecutive victories during the past month.
Matip becomes the first Cameroonian to win the best player award, as he played with Liverpool in all minutes and did not come out as a substitute during the month of February.
