FC Bayern and Robert Lewandowski have not yet been able to agree on a contract extension.
A Bayern insider is now making a guess.
Munich – Hardly a day goes by without new developments in poker involving Robert Lewandowski.
The super striker of FC Bayern Munich does not currently know which club he will score his goals for in the coming season.
So far, however, Lewandowski has left the speculation about his person cold on the pitch.
After his record hat-trick in the Champions League against Salzburg, the Pole saved FC Bayern a point in the 1-1 draw against Hoffenheim.
Behind the scenes, however, Lewandowski is likely to be suspicious of his unclear future.
In the Lewandowski camp there is astonishment at the lack of contract talks so far.
A Bayern insider even goes one step further and has a bad premonition.

“Of course there is something in the bush with Robert Lewandowski.
He's pretty pissed that Bayern still haven't had any talks," said Bayern insider Christian Falk.

football boss, Lewandowski's advisor Pini Zahavi has even signaled to the Bayern bosses that they want to talk to the club.
Vain.
So far nothing has happened.
FC Bayern's management team had recently repeatedly emphasized that they wanted to extend Lewandowski.
For weeks, however, there has been a standstill on this important matter, and talks are only planned for spring, it said.
In contrast, CEO Oliver Kahn and sports director Hasan Salihamidzic are already in contract talks with captain Manuel Neuer, and a contract extension is also in the pipeline for Thomas Müller.

As with Lewandowski, the contracts with Neuer and Müller run until 2023. If FC Bayern does not extend the contract with Lewandowski at an early stage, a transfer could no longer be ruled out.
In the coming summer, the club might have the last chance for a reasonable fee.
Lewandowski's advisor Pini Zahavi is apparently already exploring the market.

The risk that the bosses gamble away in contract poker with Lewandowski should not be underestimated.
The relationship with Lewandowski's notorious adviser, Zahavi, is strained.
Last year his protégé David Alaba left Bayern for free and switched to Real Madrid.
“Bayern have to be damn careful, otherwise the same thing will happen as with David Alaba.
It would be a shame if that happened again,” warned Bayern insider Falk.

Robert Lewandowski: contract extension at Bayern?
Barca are involved in the transfer poker
FC Bayern shouldn't hesitate too long before extending Lewandowski's contract.
The international competition is watching the goings-on very closely, and his ex-adviser fears a change.
Real Madrid in particular is repeatedly mentioned as Lewy's dream destination, and now FC Barcelona has apparently also switched to poker.
Nevertheless, Lewandowski should first listen to Bayern's offer, but he doesn't want to wait much longer.
Lewandowski's contract extension is becoming a tremor.
