Russian Andrey Rublev qualified for the quarter-finals of the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament, one of the 1,000-point Masters Tournament, after defeating Poland's Hubert Hurkacz today.
It took Rublev, ranked seventh in the world, one hour and 40 minutes to beat Hurkacz 7-6, 6-4.
Rublev will play Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in the next round, at the expense of American John Isner, with a 6-3, 7-6 victory over him.
