48 hours were enough for Yossi Benyon in his position as the professional manager of the Israeli team, to make a decision that has quite a few consequences.
Interim coach Marco Belbul ended his role, just four days before the team left for the friendly match against Ger Mania.
The breakup came after a conversation between the two yesterday morning, but the rush began even earlier.
Immediately upon taking office, Benyon was informed that Confusion was refusing to give up goalkeeper Daniel Peretz in favor of the young batsman, whose fights for promotion to the Euros against Germany and Poland.
In the first talks with the association's chairman Oren Hasson, Benyon clarified that he believes the issue is solvable. "I have a good acquaintance with Marco, I played with him and trained under him, I will explain to him and believe he will be fine," Benyon said.
But from the very first moment, the confusion made it clear that he would not give up on Peretz, who in his opinion is the future goalkeeper of Israel.
In between, Benyon has a conversation with the technical director of the young teams, the Dutchman Yila Hos.

Eventually, Benyon realized that he would have to make a decision, as yesterday afternoon a confusion press conference was planned ahead of the gathering, and in the evening the staff was to be announced.
The fortune fell, and confusion left his post, while his assistants Alon Harazi, Paul Groves and Giora Antman will continue with the team for the upcoming mission.

"It was impossible for a confusion to speak to the journalists while there were no agreements between him and Benyon," the association explained.

"When I make a decision I do not consider what they will say, but only think what is best for the team," Benyon explained yesterday, "Marco believes in his way and insisted and that's fine.
