Bundesliga game canceled: assistant referee hit by Becher

During the Bundesliga game between Bochum and Mönchengladbach, an assistant referee was hit by an object.
The game is canceled.
Bochum – Unpleasant scene in the Bundesliga game on Friday evening between VfL Bochum and Borussia Mönchengladbach: assistant referee Christian Gittelmann was thrown at by fans.
A cup flew from the stands.
The game was stopped in the 72nd minute.
The teams have left the field and marched into the cabins.
In the meantime, the game has officially been stopped when Mönchengladbach was 2-0.
“You have to apologize in all forms.
We hope that the linesman recovers quickly.
It's an absolute shame and sad that something like this happened," said Bochum's Managing Director Sport Sebastian Schindzielorz.
"It's an incident that shouldn't happen like this."
