Al-Jaish team achieved a deserved victory over its guest Al-Nawaeer, coming from Hama, with two goals without a response, at the end of the seventeenth round of the Premier League.
The two goals of the match, which was held today at Al-Jalaa Stadium in Damascus, were scored by Muhammad Al-Waked and Ahmed Al-Ahmad in the 20th and 58th minutes.
The competitions for this round started yesterday, in which the leaders Al Wathba beat Al-Fatwa 1-0, Tishreen beat its neighbor Hittin 2-0, Al-Tala’a beat Afrin 3-0, and Jableh Ali Al-Harjala won with two goals to one, and Al-Ittihad Al-Ahly Aleppo beat Al-Shurta with a goal without a response, and Al-Karama tied with Al-Wahda negatively.
Al-Wathba leads the overall standings with 44 points, followed by Tishreen with 43 points, Al-Wahda with 30 points, Al-Jaish with 29 points, Al-Karama and Al-Tali’a with 24 points each, Al-Fatwa with 22 points, Hittin with 21 points, Jableh with 20 points, Al-Ittihad Ahli Aleppo with 19 points and Al-Harjala with 17 one point, then Al-Shurta with 13 points, Al-Nawair with 9 points, and Afrin with 4 points.
