Because Mikkel Kaufmann* does not necessarily share this opinion.

Not that of HSV coach Tim Walter.

No, it's more about the media portrayal of the punishment that the HSV coach imposed on the not-too-precise Danish striker of the second division.

"It's the club that decides.

And they think I should get a penalty, and I understand that. But I still think it's an overreaction," explains HSV attacker Mikkel Kaufmann in the Danish sports magazine "Tipsbladet".

The 21-year-old admits that he was late twice "in the last two weeks", but beyond that the youngster, about whom there were rumors of HSV transfers in the winter *, is little clarified: "The first One time it was 30 minutes, the second time 15 minutes.

The first time it was about a Covid 19 test, the second time it was about the meeting before a training session," explains Mikkel Kaufmann and gives the "Tipsbladet" annoyed record: "Of course that's not good enough, and I know that too .

The HSV striker told the Danish magazine that he sees a difference “between a suspension and not being considered in the squad”.

According to Kaufmann, he hadn't heard anything other than that he wasn't going to be there for the game against Düsseldorf, everything else would have to be looked at when HSV coach Tim Walter's team started training next week.

But the fact is that the starting position of Mikkel Kaufmann, who has been disappointing on loan to HSV so far, has not improved.

His loan contract with HSV expires at the end of the current season in the second Bundesliga.
