Figure skating season is coming to an end.
Some Grafinger athletes had been successful on the ice at the last competition in Rosenheim.
Grafing
- The number of runners per club was strictly limited as so many wanted to take part.
Elin Porto Cuevas started for EHC Klostersee in the Elements 2A group and took fifth place.
Anna Mayershofer showed a clean run in the Elements 3A group and came sixth with the presentation of her elements.
It was great that EV Rosenheim had advertised a waltz freestyle.
Here the young figure skaters who have not yet taken a freestyle class exam can gain their first experience.
In the group Waltz Freestyle B Aurelia Meier started for the EHCK.
She also took third place on the podium in her first run in this class.
Teammate Maja Sagat was hot on her heels with fourth place.
In the group Freestyle Class 8 without Axel, Julia Sauter again showed a spirited presentation of her program.
She presented her new routine for the second time and was able to score with a very nice level two sit pirouette, i.e. nose on the knee and eight turns.
The individual jumps and the Rittberger jump combination were also performed cleanly by the Grafinger and so she finished second with this performance.
Trainer Eva-Maria Fitze, who also looked after the Klosterseer group in Rosenheim, was very satisfied with her protégés at the end of the season.
