SV Hohenkammer has survived the pandemic well so far.

At the beginning of July, the 75th anniversary takes place.

The footballers should have reason to cheer beforehand.

Hohenkammer

– SV Hohenkammer has come through the Corona period well so far and is looking positively to the future.

At the annual general meeting, chairman Alfred Kopp announced the goal of increasing the number of members in the coming months.

The SVH still has around 600 members who have remained loyal to the association even in the two years with pandemic restrictions.

With the steps back to normality, the club has a good basis, now it should go forward.

Kopp reported that there are more trained trainers than opportunities to get grants.

A number of clubs envy Hohenkammer its trained trainers, who are currently a luxury problem in terms of grants.

Therefore, the chairman would like to exceed the 700-member mark by 2023 at the latest, so that he can then also apply for funding for every trainer.

The exemplary youth work of the association, which is one of the first points of contact for children and young people in the municipality of Hohenkammer with its wide range of offers, is also linked to the gratifying commitment.

Alfred Kopp hopes for an upswing in the SVH kickers

Kopp also made it clear that renaming the sports home "V-Heim" (for clubhouse) was the right step.

In the meantime, ten clubs have found their home in the catering trade and are loyal users of the premises.

In his report, the chairman emphasized that investments were also being made and that the loudspeaker system for events had been expanded.

(By the way: everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Football fan Alfred Kopp is also hoping for an upswing among the SVH kickers.

"We don't belong in the B class," was his clear announcement.

The team is currently the leader in B-Class 4 with 31 points from 13 games and is five points ahead of second Rudelzhausen (promotional rank) and third Nandlstadt II (relegation place).

Kopp would be very happy if the team made the step up to the A class in the coming weeks.

In the medium term, the club boss would like the SVH to establish itself in a league higher in the district class.

Anniversary is celebrated for three days

The rise of the footballers would go well with the club's 75th anniversary this year.

From July 1st to 3rd, the SVH will celebrate this anniversary on the sports grounds and in the neighboring multi-purpose hall.

Then there will also be a separate evening of honor to carry out the honors of the past years.

The kickers could have reason to celebrate beforehand.
