Syria's women's handball team lost against Uzbekistan by 37-28 goals in the first matches of the Asian Championship currently being held in Kazakhstan, and the first half of the match ended with a goal difference of 17-16 in favor of the Uzbek team, expanding the difference at the end of the meeting to nine goals.
