Syria's team for special sports raised its tally to five medals (four gold and one bronze) in the thirteenth Fazza International Championship for Special Sports for Athletics, which is currently being held in Dubai with the participation of 46 countries.
The two new golds came through Wassim Rizk in discus throwing competitions with the classification of (F55) and Ali Asaad in throwing the iron ball with the classification of (F11), while Shawq Alloush won bronze in the discus throw with the classification of (F11).
The player of the Syrian national team, Muhammad Khaled Al-Mohammad, won the gold throwing iron ball in the tournament yesterday, with the classification of (F57), and his colleague Alaa Abdel Salam won the gold by throwing the javelin according to the classification of (F53).
