Football district club FC Penzberg meets TSV Neuried at home on Saturday.
For coach Martin Wagner, this is a calculation with many unknowns.
Penzberg – There is also good news for Martin Wagner these days.
On Sunday, the coach of 1. FC Penzberg had to watch Marco Wirtl break his forearm in the game against FC Kosova Munich.
"The surgery went well," reports the coach that there were no complications.
However, and we're back to the bad news, Wirtl will be missing from the team for a while.
His loss increases the personal worries that depress the coach anyway.
Three other players are or were ill with Corona.
Whether they can take part in the home game against TSV Neuried on Saturday (2.30 p.m.) is questionable.

In addition, Maximilian Gerg has found tickets for a "Genesis" concert in London, which is taking place this weekend.
Of course, Gerg would have liked to have rocked against Neuried, especially since every player is urgently needed in the current phase.
The game against Kosova not only brought the football club another long-term injury, but also a defeat with far-reaching consequences.
The gap to first and second place in the southern district league is now nine points.
With nine encounters left, that's a lot of wood, but not too much to capitulate right away.
"We want to get the maximum out of it," Wagner appealed to his players not to give up just yet.
"I don't think we have anything to give away just yet."
FC Penzberg has to improvise once more
And so the coach diligently improvises in order to deploy a functional defensive against Neuried.
Since he can't call up a trained defender this weekend, Josef Siegert, Denny Krämer and Sabir Neziri have to help out in the back four.
"The boys have to be a bit flexible there," the coach expects from the temporary workers.
But that also applies to the rest of the squad.
After all, TSV Neuried is still a completely unknown ball this year because it has not been able to play a single game so far.
"We don't know where they stand.
But they don't know where they stand either," says Wagner, describing the current situation of the seventh-placed teammate.
However, these are good prerequisites for an exciting game.
