Bale gave a winning answer.

"It was a huge game, we knew how important it was, and we knew we had to be at our peak. It was fun to score the first goal with a free kick, but the second one was good too. I had cramps at the end, but for my country, I will run until I crash."

Bale's show came after Marca published an article about him, whose headline was "The Welsh Parasite", which stated how he did not care about the team that pays him 600,000 euros a month.
"The 'Bailey' parasite does not cause bites or itching, but after it sucks the blood it laughs and mocks the human being," it said in Spain.
Bale was asked at the end if he had sent a message to Madrid, and replied: "I should not send a message. It is a waste of time. It is disgusting, they should also be ashamed of themselves."
