Six Nations: the Blues have the third winning percentage since 2000, behind England and Ireland

With 63% victory in 23 editions, the XV of France is hot on the heels of England and Ireland in the history of the Six Nations Tournament.

A Grand Slam that replaces the France team.

With five victories in as many matches and a 100% in 2022, the XV of France remains in third place in the standings in the history of the Six Nations Tournament.

A classification established since 2000 and the arrival of Italy, the Tournament passing to six countries.

In 23 appearances, the French have won 63%: 73 games won, two draws and 40 losses.

Six final victories in the Tournament: 2002, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2010 and therefore 2022, including four Grand Slams (2002, 2004, 2010, 2022).

A flourishing start in the 2000s with four victories in six editions before a big air hole.

After the 2011 World Cup, France will experience difficult years and a series of poor performances in European competition.

With even a sad last place in 2013. And no podium between 2012 and 2016.

But with victory this year, France are now closing in on England and Ireland.

Only four victories separate the XV du Coq, from that of the Rose, at the top of the standings.

Alongside this, we also note the sad record of our Italian neighbors: 13 wins, a draw (against the Welsh in 2006) and 101 defeats.

Eleven wooden spoons in 23 participations in the Tournament, including six consecutive between 2015 and 2021. A new Grand Slam before the next World Cup - combined with English and Irish failures - could put France at the top of the rankings.
